i want to know if you get another provider with a cell phone do you every have to pay the cancellation fees for the old provider if you paid up the minutes and usage of the phone carrier this dates back to 2008 when they said if you get a new provider and show proff no cancellation would apply to your service agreement in the state of michigan .
i got a call from a debt collection service stating i owed ove 986.00 on a phone cancellation charge it blew me away here when i paid the use age and time for the bills and i asked them to give me a new phone because the phone was not working the right way they didn't want to provide me a phone free of charge to use there service but they continued to bill the cancellation fees to me when they told me it would not happened to me and they wont stop bugging me either they have threatened me telling me they were going to turn it over to the trw and report it when i did not get anything for this this is not right it should not be legal and binding when the minutes and usage was paid for in full! and i went in to show them i had new services too ... what should i do to make them stop bugging me here.

BASKETS OF JOY take a basket to a needy family and fill it with food, clothes , shampoes,
towels , candy, nuts, whatever and fill it and write some nice poems or saying to the family and take it to them you will all feel the joy of this season make even a cake or cookies or something share something with a needy family this year feel the joy today ...

baskets of joy everyone can help the needy today no matter how much or how little you can give to a needy person in your area find someone and help them out this season the joy of giving back will always light up your life for the season fill a basket of joy with food, candy, soaps, shampoo, things like maybe blaskets to keep warm with or whatever you want to fill it with and give it away to a needy person or a family this season everyone can play this part here learn to give to others and fill that basket with prays or little feelings for that family to help them through the season here start now everyone can do this even me and i am low income too but i did it for two family's and i also
gave food to someone on thanksgiving day to feed a family that day .. do this and feel good this year . love to all of you we can do something too way pass it off to the city and salvation army to help we can do our part too try is all i am asking of all this season make a BASKET OF JOY i thought of this so include love from my family to there's too may god watch over all of us this season and happy new year too.

tis the season to help and give a hand to others
in need to give back as much as you can do
this season adopt a family and see them through
make it happy for all at this time of year
give them strength they might need to hold on
pay a utility bill for someone close in need or buy
them food for the holiday to come make it bright
and cheerful for everyone.

had to file a appeal for a ride to see my doctor
my insurance will not cover my ride to my primary care anymore
when they have for many years each month i dont think this is far
considering my condition and stuff that is going on with me trying to find
someone to drive me is almost impossible everyone is working or busy with there
own life and things it is sad life is like this these days i guess no one really cares
here i havent been able to go any where because i depend on others when they go
and i always appersheate every time i can get out of this house here ..
i try to find a solution to help myself but i find it hard even doing this these days
i never had to fight to get a ride to see my primary care doctor before and now i do
i dont understand other then i guess they just dont want to bother with the needy patients here anymore which is sad ..... i am in need of getting to my doctor its been 2 moths now and i cant get medicines unless i go to get my exam they will not call medicines in wow
the insurance dosent understand this part either they think there saving money but in the long run if i need a doctor i have to go to the hospital which cost more money for them they can not see it this way it is sad what they can do to a patient these days and it is not fair for a patient not to see her doctor in over 2 months i filed a grievance over this too i have a drivers license but no car now for 7 yrs up till now i have delt with it everyday now i am needing to drive myself to my doctors it seems to me here ..

Today  i  write  in  need  of  help  with  transportation  to  school  for my  son

my  son  is  turning  18 yrs  old  and  still  in  high  school  for  the  last  year this  year

hopefully  going  to  grauduate  in  spring  of  2011  we  are  struggling  with  transportation 

we   are  in  need  to  get  him  to  school  this  year  last  year  he  missed out  almost  half  the  year   because  of  this  he  is  going  into  12th  grade  here  and  i  feel  he  wants  to  get  that  diploma   and  finish  his  school  this  year  by  spring  of  2011  but  we  have  not  had  a  car  to  drive  in  6  yrs   i  had  to  sell  it  in  a  divoice  to  buy  food  for  the  household   while  the  divoice  was  pending   so  that  is  why  i  have  no  car  and  i  am  low  income  and  i  am  trying  to  move  too   it  is  hard  living  in the  country  here with  no  buses  around   here.   i  looked  into  42   different  way  of  helping   my  son  get  a  ride  and  no  one   took  a  look  at  my  letter  or  did  they  ever  respond  to  anything  i  wrote  them  i  feel this  is  really  sad  knowing  that  a  young  man   wanting  his  education  and  having  problems  with  transportation   has  not  tryed  to  contact  us  about   this  topic   i  feel  this  is   sad.   i  know  its  my  problem  here  i  wanted  to  put  it  out  there  once  more  to  see  if  any  ideas   anyone  has  can  help  us .  school  starts  here  in  michigan  on  september  7,  2010   please  contact  me  via  this  site  and  leave  me  an  email   of  how  to  contact  someone   for  this  help  we  need  .  the  televisions  were  not  very  respondsive   either   so  i  guess  they  are  busy  with  other   things  here.

september  is  coming   fast ;  2010

school  for  the  fall  of  2010

since  last  school  year  i  have  been  having  problems   getting  a  ride  for  my  

son  to  school  to  attend  he  has  to  be  there  for  test  and  registration 

i  am  without  a  car  due  to  a  divoice  i  had  5  yrs  ago  and  my  son  is 

suffering  from  anxity  problems  and   depression  and  he  will  be  in  12  th  grade 

this  year  he   needs  to  finish  school   depertly  here  i  am  hopeing  for  some  ideas

from  someone  to  try  to  get  help  with  transportation  problems  here  i  live out  in  the  

country   and  there   are  no  buses   out   here  either  and  we  are  low  income   and  i  have  gone  to    over  25   angencys  for  help  and  still  i  am  spinning  my  wheels  for  help  here  

i  dont  know  what  to  do  here  all  comments  are  welcome   i  live  in  michigan   and  the  northville  area    plymonth  /canton   school   area    give  me  some  ideas  the  school  wont  help  they  have  no  transportation   for  this  area  we  live..

please  give  me  ideas   i  can  try  to  get  help  here in  michigan!

i  am  looking  for  transportation  for  me  to  take  him  i  havent  had a  car  in  5 yrs

because  of  being  low  income  i have  a home  but  no  car! if  i  had  one  i  would  even  

work  part  time  here  because  we  really  need  to  help  ourselves tired  of  dealing  with 

everything  lately .

no  i  have  lived  here  for  along  time  but  i  cant  find  any  help  as  of  yet  i  have  called dhs  and  tv  and  no one  seems  to  be interested  in  my  needs  here  i  live  in  the rural part  of  northville  michigan  and  no  busses  or  nothing  comes  out  this  way  here  its  11  miles  to  the  school  and  people   target  shoot  out  here  with  guns  and it  is  very  dangerouse  for  a  child  to  walk  up  8  mile road  besides  the  cars  and the people  that  drive  on  8  mile   my  son  was already  hit  and  ran  over  10  yrs  ago  and  it  would  not  be  wise  for  him  to  walk  to  school   11 miles  at  night  time  thats  when  he  goes  to  school  6  to  10  p.m   and  i  cant  get  anyone  to  help  us  here  were  i  live  either  everyone  is  for  themselvfes  it  seems  to  me .

Just  an  update   wow !

i  have  called  the  news  around  my  home  here  and  told  them  about  this  need  

and  it  seems  no  one  cares  about  a  child  to  get  his  education  and  how  i  am  to get  him  to  school  to  register to  work  from  home  here  it  must  be  really  sad  that  no  one  really  is  not  reading  these  blogs  or  they   just  dont  really  want  to  help  us  out  here  my  son  is  in  need  to finish  school  here  i  have  no  transportation to  get  him  to  the  school   here  its  11  miles  away  from  me  and i  live  in  the  country out  in  the  sticks

they  call  it  and  the  nearest  store  is  3  or  4 miles  away  from  our  home  here    it   would  be  nice   to  find  a  helpful  person  out  there  somewhere  anywhere  that  could  help  my  son  and  i  through  this  problem  so  he  can  finish  high  school  and  be  someone  here

i  am  so  tired  of  begging  for  help  but  here  i  go  one  more time  here  we  need  some  idea   here  to  help  us  get  this  done  summer  is  coming  and  he  needs  to  finish  this  year  next  year  in september  he  will  be  18  yrs   old  and  we  need  this  help  bad .
